The RotoPax 2 Gallon Gasoline Fuel Container is a rugged, mid-capacity solution designed for the safe transport and storage of gasoline in off-road, overland, utility, and vehicle-mounted applications. Manufactured in the USA using a patented three-layer rotational molding process, this container meets EPA and CARB requirements for extremely low fuel vapor permeability.

Its thick-walled roto-molded construction delivers superior impact resistance, structural strength, and leak prevention compared to conventional fuel cans. A specialty-formulated plastic barrier material is integrated into the design to reduce vapor loss and improve long-term durability. The rectangular profile maximizes space efficiency while allowing secure external mounting.

This container is designed to be mounted using a RotoPax Mounting Kit (sold separately). The container slides onto the mount and locks into place using molded mounting points, allowing it to be securely fastened to flat surfaces such as vehicle panels, racks, trailers, or cargo systems. Once mounted, the container remains tightly clamped and resistant to vibration in demanding environments.

A dispensing spout with a Sure Seal gasket is included to allow controlled fuel transfer while helping prevent leaks or loosening during transport. Fully compatible with all standard RotoPax mounts, this gasoline fuel container is ideal for applications requiring compact size, secure mounting, and reliable performance.
