ATI (Aluminum Tank Industries)

Coverage: 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the invoice ship date or purchase date if registered.

What's covered: Defective materials and workmanship under normal use. ATI will determine whether to repair or replace defective items at their discretion.

Important notes: Standard duty tanks are designed for use with transfer pumps up to 30 lbs. Installing a pump over 30 lbs voids the warranty. Do not install a riser between the tank fitting and the pump.

Crown

Coverage: 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's covered: Manufacturer defects under normal use. Crown will repair or replace defective products at their discretion.

DeeZee

Coverage:

• Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum products including transfer tanks, storage boxes, side steps, running boards, bed protection, and side rails.
• 3-year warranty on powder-coated and e-coated steel transfer tanks, storage boxes, side steps, running boards, ladder racks, and other steel products.
• 1-year warranty on operational components (shocks, latches, hinges, hardware, seals) and product finish.

What's covered: Manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and design under normal use. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

What's not covered: Damage from road hazards, misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, improper repairs, spills, vandalism, or product neglect. Modifications to DeeZee products void all warranty coverage.

Note: GPI transfer tank pumps and accessories included with DeeZee combo units are covered by GPI's warranty, not DeeZee's.

Fill-Rite

Coverage by series:

• Lifetime warranty on pump castings (motor frames, inlet flanges, junction box covers, motor housings, pump housings, switch plates, end bells) for FR1200, FR2400, FR4200, FR4400, FR700V, FR300V, NX25-120, NX25-DDC, and FR600 series pumps.
• 5-year warranty on motor and associated components (magnets, armatures, brush assemblies, thermal protectors, lead wires, circuit boards) on the same series. Also covers all components on 400 Series products.
• 2-year warranty on wearable components (seals, gaskets, O-rings, springs, vanes, rotors, paint adhesion) and all components on Cabinets, Hand Pumps, FMS Hardware, DEF Systems, TN/TM/TS/TT Series, 800/900 Series, RD Series, and FR8 Series.

Coverage: 2-year limited warranty on most 12V fuel transfer pumps (M-150S, M-150 series, EZ-8). 90-day warranty on genuine GPI replacement parts and accessories.

What's covered: Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. GPI will repair, replace, or refund defective products at their discretion.

Coverage: 1-year limited warranty on aluminum transfer tanks, auxiliary tanks, and toolboxes against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's covered: Manufacturer defects under normal use. RDS will repair or replace defective products at their discretion.

RotopaX

Coverage:

• RotopaX containers: 10-year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
• FuelpaX containers: 5-year warranty from date of purchase.
• Hardware: 1-year warranty.
• Spouts: 30-day warranty.
• Lock cylinders (LOX mounts): Lifetime warranty.

What's covered: Defects due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use. Original purchaser only.

What's not covered: Damage from improper venting, modifications with non-RotopaX hardware or accessories, aftermarket venting devices, color alterations, or use with pressurized transfer systems.

How to claim: Submit photos of the defect and the product through the RotopaX returns portal. Containers that have held fuel cannot be shipped back due to carrier restrictions — photo documentation is sufficient.

SpeedFX

Coverage: 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's covered: Manufacturer defects under normal use. SpeedFX will repair or replace defective products at their discretion.
