What People Are Saying

"Works great on fill rite fuel pump. Magnets are crazy strong. I prefer this to the alligator clips that i uad to hook up to tractor to fill up with. I always have a battery in the truck so this makes it easy."

"Bought for 12v lighting in my trailer.Has a good build feel to it. Has strong magnets on it, I screwed to wood( holes provided). Installed 12v strip lights and hooked them right in to connector provided, had lights in 10mins. Could see myself buying another one for the ease of use! Shipping was fast also! Thanks"

"It works great. Awesome way to not have to run all the way up to the truck batter."

Frequently Asked Questions

The PowerMate is a 12V power converter that accepts your cordless tool battery and outputs regulated 12V power through quick-connect terminals. Slide your battery in, mount it with the built-in magnets, connect your 12V equipment, and flip the on/off switch. It converts your tool battery voltage down to a stable 12V output capable of 20 amps continuous and 30 amps peak.
The PowerMate is currently available in two versions — DeWalt 20V MAX and Milwaukee M18. A Makita 18V LXT version is not on the market yet, but testing has been completed and it is slated for production. Expected to be available late May 2026.
The PowerMate can run any 12V device drawing 20 amps or less continuously. Common uses include fuel transfer pumps, agricultural and spot sprayers, LED work lights and outdoor lighting, portable power in truck beds, camping and off-grid setups, and small 12V air compressors. If your device draws more than 20 amps, use is not recommended.
Yes — the PowerMate is built for outdoor field use and handles rain, dust, and the conditions you'd encounter on a job site, farm, or truck bed. It is weather resistant, not waterproof — we don't recommend you take it swimming. Built to work hard, not to go scuba diving.
Runtime depends on your battery capacity and your pump's amp draw. As a real-world reference — a DeWalt 4.0Ah battery moved approximately 336 gallons through a GPI 8GPM pump on a single charge, and approximately 150 gallons through a Fill-Rite 15GPM pump. A PowerStack 3.5Ah moved approximately 180 gallons through the Fill-Rite 15GPM. Higher amp-hour batteries will give you more gallons per charge. Expect +/-10% variance based on battery charge level and conditions.
No — battery is not included and sold separately. The PowerMate is designed to work with batteries you may already own. If you need a battery we carry compatible options for each version — the DeWalt 20V MAX 5Ah, Milwaukee M18 REDLITHIUM 5.0Ah, and Makita 18V LXT 4.0Ah, all available on our site.
The PowerMate includes four high-strength magnets with 130 lb pull-force each. They attach securely to any metal surface — truck beds, toolboxes, equipment frames, trailers. You can also mount it permanently using the holes in the bracket if you prefer a fixed installation. The magnets are strong enough to stay put during normal driving and field use.
The PowerMate comes with a 1-year no-questions-asked warranty. If it fails for any reason within a year we'll replace it. We also offer a 30-day money back guarantee — if you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days, return it for a full refund minus shipping.
