The RotoPax 2 Gallon Diesel Fuel Container (RX-2D) is a rugged, purpose-built fuel pack for carrying diesel on trucks, UTVs, trailers, and overland rigs. Manufactured in the USA using RotoPax's patented three-layer rotational molding process, it's the only rotationally molded EPA and CARB compliant fuel container available for sale in the United States.

Rotational molding is what sets it apart from a standard blow-molded fuel can. The process builds thicker walls and stronger construction for serious impact resistance, while a specialty-formulated plastic barrier layer meets federal low-permeability requirements to keep fuel vapor in and contamination out. Extra threads and a Sure Seal gasket keep the spout from leaking or vibrating loose on rough roads.

The slim rectangular profile is built for mounting. The container locks onto any RotoPax mounting system (sold separately), attaching securely to bed racks, roof racks, rear panels, side rails, and other flat surfaces, and stays clamped tight through vibration and off-road abuse.
