Locking Vented 2" NPT Transfer Fuel Tank Cap – Commercial Grade

The VersaLock Locking Vented 2" NPT Transfer Fuel Tank Cap (MT-LC-2V) is a commercial-grade security cap that protects the fuel in your transfer tank from theft, tampering, and contamination. Built from hard non-ferrous zinc alloy with a silver zinc plating that won't rust, it's made for work trucks, farm fueling setups, fleet vehicles, and above-ground commercial tanks.

The patented free-spinning design sets this cap apart: when locked, the cap spins freely on the threads, making it virtually impossible to wrench or torque off. Only the key returns it to operating mode. A weatherproof self-closing latch covers the keyhole, keeping dust, dirt, and moisture out of the lock through every season. Two keys are included, and caps come keyed alike — run multiple tanks with the convenience of a single key.

Built-in valves handle tank breathing automatically. The pressure relief valve opens at 1.5 lbs and the vacuum release at 1.5 oz, equalizing the tank during fueling, transfer, and temperature swings to prevent pressure buildup and vacuum lock.
