The Fill-Rite FR1614 is a portable 12V DC fuel transfer pump that delivers up to 10 gallons per minute, built for transferring diesel out of drums, totes, and transfer tanks into equipment in the field. Heavy-duty cast-iron construction and rotary vane technology — proven over 60 years of Fill-Rite pumps — make it a dependable workhorse for farms, jobsites, and service trucks.

This is a complete ready-to-pump bundle. The battery cable and clips come pre-installed from the factory, and the package includes a 3/4" x 8' suction hose, a 3/4" x 8' discharge hose, a manual nozzle, and a barbed strainer. Clip onto a 12V power source, drop the suction hose in, and start pumping. A simple toggle switch handles on/off control, and a thermal protection switch guards the motor.

The pump itself weighs under 8 pounds with a carry handle, making it easy to move between tanks, drums, and equipment or hold during operation. It's self-priming with an 8-foot suction lift, and the 17-amp max draw means it also runs off the PowerMate 12V Converter for fully portable battery-powered fuel transfer.
